Head of Department - Mrs Caroline Howlett
Opening hours Monday – Friday 08.40-15.00
Fiction books are catalogued by author, alphabetically. Non-fiction books are classified using the standard Dewey system.
There is study space for 50+students. The library also houses a well-stocked stationery shop.
Library activities through the year include topical displays, competitions, quizzes, World Book Day activities, and author talks.
The library is in constant use and is a place to come to for study, homework, research, advice or just to read!
With so many parents now having internet access, we've decided to make our school reading lists available online. We hope this will prove very convenient for parents and save a lot of time that might be spent trawling shops for the books.
