Princes Risborough School

The Guild of Parents (GoP) is a parent group formed to assist Princes Risborough School. The main aim is to raise much needed extra funds to help with equipment and projects around the school.  

The GoP is overseen by a small group of parents and school staff. We have several meetings throughout the year in person and online; discussing fundraising events and where money can be channelled to the students and the school. All parents are more than welcome to come along to the GoP meetings, and we are always open to new ideas and new helpers to the group (and we have biscuits!). In addition to this, the wider community are always welcome to get involved too.

There are various ways in which a school parent can help; whether it be in person or from the comfort of an armchair raising funds while you shop online. There is something for everyone:

• Come along to a meeting
• Help write a Grant Application
• Like us on Facebook and Instagram  
• Enter the Bucks Lottery and set us as your cause
• Fundraise while you shop with ‘easyfundraising’
• Browse the GoP ‘shop’, where you can find out what the school is looking for
• Or just click the donate button and even set up a monthly recurring donation
• Every little helps 

It’s all about a lot of people, doing a little bit, but making a huge difference.
