Extra Curricular Activities at PRS
At Princes Risborough School we know that our thriving extra-curricular offer is an important way to help all of our students aspire and achieve both socially and academically. Students who regularly participate in clubs & trips within the school regularly have the highest sense of belonging, positive responses for mental health and wellbeing in student surveys and academic results in school.To help with this we are further expanding our extra-curricular offer this year, as well as our systems for sharing information with parents and carers. SOCS is an online system that allows the school to communicate information regarding our extra-curricular program and other opportunities for your child. The platform allows parents to see the extra-curricular activities that are available to your child, and what clubs and activities they have attended. It also allows parents to give permission for their child to participate in events that are outside of the normal school hours at the click of a button. These include our many sports fixtures & performances.

SOCS Instructions:
Accessing your SOCS account :
1. Go to https://www.socscms.com/login/ or click on the button above.
2. Search for Princes Risborough School
3. Click on 'Activate Account'
4. Enter your email address and click confirm (this will only work if you use the same email address that we have on file for your child)
5. SOCS will send an email to your inbox, click on the link in this email. 'Click to activate'.
6. Enter your own password and click to ‘save’.
7. At the login page, enter your email address and the password you created We encourage you to log in as soon as possible to familiarise yourself with the system. You will be able to view, and your child can sign up for, activities as soon as they become available.
Please note: The most common reason for difficulties is entering a different email address to the one we have on file associated with your child.
