Are you caring for someone?
Do you look after someone who cannot manage without you because they are ill, frail or have a disability?
Young carers are children or young people who care for someone (parents, siblings and grandparents) in their own home who has:
- A physical or learning disability
- Illness including mental health
- Drug or an alcohol dependency
Are you already a registered young carer?
Do you feel like you may be a young carer for someone at home?
If you feel like either of these applies to you, talk to your Raising Achievement Officer or Head of Year in the HOYs office at break times.
